1. DTDM-80GE/F100 is known as R-80GE, the appearance of it is white granule which contains 80% DTDM and based on EPDM.

2. R-80GE is used as Vulcanizing Agent and accelerator in natural and synthetic rubbers.

3. Active Sulfur will release form R-80GE during the stage of vulcanization.

4. The vulcanization is slow when R-80GE used alone. It normally used together with Thiazole, Thiuram or itDhiocarbamate to improve the curing speed, little sulfur addition is recommended.

5. It provides better resistance to compression set and excellent physical properties.

6. R-80GE has good dispersity, and is non-staining, non-discoloring, non-blooming.

7. It is generally used in tires, conveyor belts, hose, and the goods cured via any compression or injection molding at higher temperature.
