1. ZDBC-80GS is known as BZ-80,the appearance of it is white granule which contains 80% ZDBC and based on SBR.

2. The curing rate of accelerator BZ-80 in NR, EPDM and other synthetic rubber is very fast.

3. The curing rate of BZ-80 can be delayed but the processing safety can be improved by adding thiuram and thiazole accelerators.

4. Compared with the accelerators PZ-80, EZ-80 and PX-80, it has shorter scorching time and longer curing time.

5. BZ-80 can be used as a secondary accelerator for other accelerators such as thiuram.

6. It can give vulcanized products higher tensile strength and resilience.

7. BZ-80 is non-discoloring and non-staining.
