   1. TBBS-80GS/F150 is known as NS-80, the appearance of it is white granule which contains 80% TBBS and based on SBR.

  2. NS-80 is a widely used as delayed action accelerator for natural and synthetic rubbers. 

  3. It can provide considerably long scorch time, great processing safety and fast full cure, and the scorch time is longer than CZ-80.

  4. NS-80 is normally used alone or with small quantities secondary accelerator and Sulfur. 

  5. It will cause slight discoloration in white or light colored compounds, but it is non-staining.
